ANTAGONISTIC EFFECT OF TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM ASSOCIATED WITH TRICHODERMA KONINGII, TRICHODERMA LIGNORUM, AND PICHIA KUDRIAVZEVII ON CITRUS SINENSIS VARIETY SALUSTIANA IN THE POST-HARVEST PHASE

چکیده

The preservation of food in the global economy requires effective treatments with elements that do not leave residues products natural origin. This research used Trichoderma harzianum associated koningii , lignorum and Pichia kudriavzevii as biological controllers against attack fungal pathogens ripening Citrus sinensis Salustiana variety fruits. design was descriptive experimental random sets orange fruits to evaluate efficacy during postharvest phase, development immersion technique, use entomopathogenic fungi. Trichotropic (T. + T. koningii), Trichobiol lignorum), P. are efficient, functional, natural, for pest control. Four groups were evaluated, T4 corresponded control group. other three contained controller, variables pressure, temperature, humidity permanently monitored, daily recording changes each individual groups. results show pathogen Phytophthora citrophthora green mold caused by Penicillium digitatum occurs more quickly treatment showed a better behavior.
